Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the holiday items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items in their original boxes, ensuring fragile ornaments are well-protected, and include the printed return packing slip inside.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
